Every time you place an order with us, your Fragonard Loyalty Account is automatically credited with loyalty points: €1 of purchase = 1 loyalty point (postage and packing charges excluded).

If you do not use your points today, they will remain valid for 2 years from the date of your last order and maximum until 31/12/2025. Unredeemed loyalty points will then expire.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and payable by you. We will exchange the product(s) (postage and packing costs payable by you) or, if you prefer, we will reimburse in euros using the same method of payment for the initial transaction, unless it is expressly agreed a different way, within 30 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
